Repair ice maker.
When we made the work order to repair the freezer section of the refrigerator, there was no option for the ice maker when making the appointment. So when the technician came to my house, his work order was not accurate. Luckily he had an ice maker in his vehicle to complete the work.

Kenmore washing machine repair
Jev B arrived on time. He was quick and courteous. He repaired my washing machine very quickly and it is working fine now. He did an excellent job!

Dryer Repair Experience was excellent
Our experience was awesome. Before coming over he gave us a call letting us know when he is on his way. Before arriving he asked a couple questions about the issue we had with our dryer and seen that we had the part needed and suggested that we change another part that coincides with the part being replaced and i gave the go ahead to replace it. Upon arrival Kenneth did his repairs and did a thorough inspection/testing and mentioned about a potential part, dryer belt, that my become an issue down the road, so he recommended and offered to replace the part as well since he had it available. He replaced it and the dryer performs like new. He did mention about an issue that may arise in the future, but due to the part no longer being made he brought it up as so we are aware of it. Also, he performed a thorough cleaning of our dryer and did his best to remove as much lint so it won't be a hazard. Overall, Kenneth did an awesome job and provided tips on how I can properly maintain our appliances so they perform their best. Excellent job and I highly recommend Kenneth to other customers to perform repairs. Finally, if this reaches to corporate or Kenneth's leader, have him get trained up to become certified in Refrigerator repairs as well. Having a chat with him he did mention he is trying to get training in this as well but got put on hold due to all the restructuring and changes happening. Sears and leadership take care of Kenneth he is an awesome employee and deserves to be taken care of, thank you.

I was afraid it might be mold. Junny called and asked some questions to figure out what parts he might need. He was prompt and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained everything and even taught me how to make sure it doesn't happen again.
