Once again a helpful and very pleasant person who has been with Sears for some time, as have I, almost 18 years I think. Jev saw what seemed an obvious problem and remedied it with dispatch. The problem simply did not display all issues and we both thought it was fixed. Not so and I will be perfectly happy to have Jev back to check it out again.
