Donald is excellent and I'm very glad that he was assigned to return for the repair today. He is very helpful and explains the process very clearly. He was here initially, but a part was needed. He ordered it, it was delivered and he returned to complete the job.

Lunny was here to service my freezer compartment of the refrigerator which was iced up and creating a loud noise. He took out all the related components and went to work on the fan unit, meticulously cleaning and drying each part. After everything was put back together, the refrigerator sounded like new!
