Great technician!
Great overall experience with technician Alex from start to finish. The backend at sears that did not so great. Had no control over the parts delivered and after have those sitting for a couple of weeks and had to call and confirm over and over again that all parts have been delivered they finally dispatched Alex to complete the work. Completely unnecessary that lack of control.

Plesant and appeared to be knowledgeable. As I expected it was the failure of a defective part put into washer in 6/23. He had never heard of them not being able to install a second part when first was defectiv. He ordered parts and scheduled return for 2/26/24.
