Sear's Home Service is horrible
I am giving Xavier five stars because he worked so hard on the washer. But as for as Sears Home Service, you don't even rate a one(1). Your service is horrible. It took you over a month to fix my washer. I had about six appointments and you were a no show and didn't not even call and say you were not coming. I could go on and on about what you did. But I don't think it would help. Sears Home Service is horrible. Rated it 0

Kern was excellent! He did everything needed. Ran back and forth to the car as needed. Diagnosed everything and systematically went through it all to find and fix the problem with the water pump.

Prompt, communicative, thorough
We had a great experience with Sears service and with Eli. From the start of when we booked the service call, the company was very communicative in confirming the appointment, as well as checking what the issue was to ensure the necessary parts would be on the truck. Eli was similarly communicative letting me know that he was actually running ahead of schedule and arrived early. Once in the house he identified the issue and explained it to us clearly and provided our options. Overall a great experience!
