The tech was real polite and friendly. He worked at a good pace, One problem was that I wanted a copy of the issue and the part number. He said he was going to send it to me . But it didn't happen. I also have not received a text or copy of the receipt. The cost for repay is to high. Please send me a copy of the receipt and appraisal.

Poor Service
Sir or Madam, Once again I waited on you technician for 3.5 hours. He confirmed the appointment for 11am, then notified me and said he had a couple of more minutes and would be to my house as soon as he finish hisn last assignment. At 12:37 HE TEXTED ME AND SAID HE WAS EATING LUNCH and would head my way after lunch. Be mindful that I, once again left my job to wait on him. He complained about not having any help and said he could only get one house at a time. That's understandable but he needs to have that talk with your company. When he came he was in his personal vehicle so I know he wasn't equipped with what was needed. He was there less than 10 min and told me it was my thermostat. He left and purchased a very cheap thermostat, which did not resolve the issue. I had a much better thermostat already instaelled but I didn't mind if the issue was resolve. He did not fix it because he didn't check the area where I told him the air was still running. He told me none of the unit would be working if there was an issue other than the thermostat. My AC is still running 24/7 and even when the fan stops blower the AC continues to run, causing me a hig utility bill. I have spent 6 hours from work dealing with this issue. On the first date he didn't show up at all. On July 3, 2024 he thought it was the thermostat but it wasn't and I've never seen anyone tell a customer that they're going to lunch on that customers time. If that's the case he should have said it will be some time after lunch before I can get to you. I am annoyed and dissatified. Please send someone else. Thank

Unresolved and Getting the Run Around
After allowing over a month to get this the problem fixed — called today and was told the case was closed. I also checked last week and was told it was still being worked. This is unacceptable. Over a month with a broken stove that the technician said needed parts that were not available. So, the problem is no different from when I called the first week of March. No star is needed.

Service
This was the 4th time Sears has been out here since November. The technician tore the front facing off my dryer then told me he didn't but he would super glue it back!!!! Y'all's Sears service and customer service is horrible. This is why I'm canceling Choice Home Warranty. He also left the hose not connected to the dryer so the heat was blowing back into the laundry room. I wish I could give "0"
