Refrigerator service call
Rob was great. He diagnosed the problem and then found out the part was in stock and went and picked it up and then completed the service call and the end of the day. This is the second time we have had Rob at our house. Definitely one great tech!

Great expedited service
Our refrigerator/freezer stopped working. Called Sears Home Service and was able to get a same day service call. Robersy came and diagnosed the problem, had the parts necessary to make the repair. Great service technician! Will not hesitate to use their service again.
