Great Gentleman! Profensional !! Which I had a serviceman like this for my CO home!! 9 appointments all "NO" Show!! Says no one home each time. Lies is all he can do!! Sears should really look into people like this that work on their appliances!!! Still After 7 months Ice Maker is "NOT FIXED". Wish I had as good of a tech. in CO as Nedzad!! This gentleman put the pump in and left my kitchen area clean. He should always receive 5 stars!!
