Service Call on LG Refrigerator/Freezer

Nelson did a great service on the freezer. I thought the bulb needed to be replaced but the switch on the bottom of the freezer compartment had gotten turned off. No new bulb needed. I informed Sears when I scheduled the appointment that the bulb was not working and to bring a 60 watt appliance bulb. Nelson advised he does have bulbs with him. I should have been informed that I would need to get the bulb before the service person arrived. This would have been a wasted trip & expense for me when there would not have been a bulb on hand.

Dishwasher repair

The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable he explained everything to me about the problem replaced the broken part was very good would recommend him to anyone
