"Cool" Repair Specialist
Nelson replaced our refrigerator compressor and drier assembly. As I write this, our refrigerator is "chilling out" once again. If in the unfortunate circumstance we need a future repair, I will ask for Nelson hands down! However, with our Kenmore refrigerator, putting it mildly, we are not happy. This is the second major 3+ week outage for the same refrigerator since January (fan assembly) and now the compressor. I would not recommend a Kenmore refrigerator after this experience. PERIOD!

Audrey, taught us how to keep the AC up and running especially during summer time. The air filter was replaced for better air quality. I didn't realize that I haven't changed it in 6 months. She was thorough and she encouraged us to call for future services within the allowed window.
