Sears washer repair
Michael was wonderful but the people you talk to on the phone are not very helpful. I talked to Michael and he was on his way but he said the people on the phone said I cancelled my appt. Michael said I just talked to her. They are overseas and don't understand what we are saying. Washer is fixed!!

Stu was excellent. He was on time, extremely professional, & knew everything about my water softner. He is very neat & did an excellent job of diagnosing & repairing my softner. As he did the repair he explained to me how the regeneration process works. Sears Home Repair Services is very lucky to have him as a Top Tech.
