After the initial visit to access damage and oder parts, we tried 4 or 5 times to communicate with your office and it was not possible to get anyone to come out. No one came at confirmed times. We FINALLY got someone to speak to -not a text-and Richard came out and installed the parts we had sitting in our living room for over three weeks!!i It took him less than an hour.
