Fast and efficient service
On June 10th the technician Eric G. came on time. Identified the reason why our AC system was not cooling the house. Changed the battery in the outside unit… and … voila , it is working ! The problem was solved in less than twenty minutes.

Service Tech Great! SEARs 9hr window for scheduling SUCKED!
Tech was quick, polite and honest. No problem at all. Five stars. Excellent service. I did not appreciate SEARS' repair scheduling window of 8:00 am-5:00pm. It wrecked my entire day and cost me money to leave work. Who gives their customers a 9 hour window to wait for a service call?????? Despicable.
