Excellent tech but Sears service sucks
Service department has serious problems 1. Reschedules without acknowledging the reason 2. Impossible to reach a live person- only voice message 3. 8 to 5 window -need narrow window- requires an entire day

Very competent individual and fixed the problem with my refrigerator. Offered the extended on the the refrigerator and when I declined Jaime did not try the "Hard Sell" with me. Really good experience.
