Honest and professional
Jaime is very nice to call me in the morning to allow me having time to inform the tenants. He is also very professional and loyal to Sears and rejected my referral to another side job, but tried very hard selling me the warranty service. Unfortunately the cost of repairing is too high, and we've recommended to buy a new refrigerator, then I don't have any old appliances left anymore, therefore, no home warranty needed for now.

Good/bad news
After scheduling 5 appointments, he was the only one who arrived. Did a great job in no time. Your scheduling department is a different story. Can't speak to a human regarding missing orders, no responses from technician schedules. Worst service I have encountered in 70 years.
