Polite and thorough
Keith diagnosed a potentially dangerous electrical outlet for our dryer after checking dryer, exhaust and other potential problem. Good news—dryer wasn't the problem and he identified what could have caused a fire. We're contacting an electrician now.

Fix refrigerator water buildup
Edward called me before arriving, identified the problem quickly, and went to work. Cleaned out drain hose and was done in 15 min. Cleaned up area, repositioned refrigerator, and was done. Very pleasant and professional.
