Dryer Repair
Scott was excellent! Wish I felt the same about the whole Sears experience. Scott was great but I will certainly NoT recommend Sears to anyone- exceedingly poor customer service. Communication was automated and it was impossible to connect with a real person to iron out some scheduling difficulties. We missed multiple days of work which we can not afford.
