Dipping water issue, excess condensation. A/C unit broke
Loved this tech, sharp guy!! Very personable and immediately diagnosed issue as plugged drain condensation line on furnace, dripping water on floor.. He then visited the A/C unit and found leaking fluid and bad drain valve. Explain every issue/cause. He also let me know he will submit repair details to warranty company.
