Better keep him.
Aaron is a throw back to the day of customer service. If he chose to go it alone his word of mouth clientele alone would keep him busy.

he is a very good tec he reprogramed it an it works perfect when i washed after left he reporded ti choice warranty that we have miuse the waher the waher was biugt in 2014 that w2asher is 40 yeas old i looked up the avy lift of a washer is 13 to 14 years use that was as i said is 40 years old so how so misuse one that old he told them i misused it so they denyed the clam for that resoned that you tom

Furnace repair
Tech diagnosed bad pressure switch and installed new one but furnace does not work. Not to mention it's winter and I still do not have heat and i am still waiting do get furnace fixed.

Refrigerator Repair.
I am not happy with this repair man at all. It has been well over two months that we have been attempting to get our refrigerator. Repaired three visits later it's still not working.

Made it worse
Was supposed to change the seal on the washer. Just the seal. Now it's leaking from inside the washer. He said he couldn't fix it and just left. Didn't say he'd send someone else. Didn't say they'd reschedule. Just left. Now I have a washer filled with wet clothes and no solution.

4 techician visits and a month to get fixed
Not necessarily all Ralph's issue. It took 4 visits and at least a month to get washer fixed. First technician said it was because the drain hose was inserted too far. I was not home when he was there as I knew that was not the problem otherwise I'd have seen water coming out from where the hose is inserted. That case was closed by you. Water leaked again and another technician came out. He opened the washer and found a leaking part which had to be ordered. Once part arrived at my home another technician came to install it. The wrong part had been shipped. So had to wait for the right part and then it took days to be able to get someone to come out again. After last technician, one of the hoses that connect to the back of the washer was leaking slightly. It only required me to tighten. I assume the moving washer away from the wall multiple time caused this issue.

Broke my machine
Kenneth came and fixed my dryer then started working on my washer. He turned the washer on, opened the top of it. Told me he had to order parts then left. I went to wash a load of sheets and my machine would NOT turn on. I called First American Home Warranty and A&E and they stated I would have to wait until 12/26 for him to come back to fix the machine he disabled. Service sucks, do not use Kenneth M or First American Home Warranty
