Kenneth arrived at the start of his work day and got right to work. He is efficient and professional and explained exactly what he was doing. He showed me the parts that had quit working as he repaired the dryer. When finished he cleaned up the work area and placed the dryer where it belonged. I will describe he as professional but friendly and efficient in getting the job done. Thanks.
