Didn't do any repairs.
I had a technician scheduled to complete a repair on my range. He didn't complete any work and said he couldn't get through to "technical support" and told me I needed to reschedule another technician and then left. A few minutes later I got an email with a receipt showing that the ticket was completed. So now I'm being transferred back and forth on the phone to try and get this resolved and I still don't have a working range. Beyond frustrated.

icemaker repair
John thought he had fixed the problem. He said that if it did not work, he would have to order an ice maker and one other part, He did not leave the part numbers or make rererence to them in his notes. The ice maker is no better. We have spent a lot of time this morning trying to get the parts ordered. They tell us they have to send someone else out so that the parts get ordered. That means another wasted day for us waiting for a repair man. A supervisor was shadowing John because he was new, That guy never came into our house and was not there when we had questions. He did show up later. I am VERY unhappy with how this has turned out. You could certainly have a simpler more cutomer friendly way of taking care of calll backs. John was friendly and professional but your system is beyond lousy. Bob Messer
