We are very pleased with Tyler. He arrived a little earlier than expected. Once here he was quickly able to figure out what was wrong with out refrigerator. It was a very unique issue he had never seen before, but Tyler was able to resolve the issue with no issues. One panel had cosmetic damage and he mentioned it would be fine to leave it as is, but he immediately looked up the part number just in case I wanted to order a replacement. During the entire appointment he was very friendly and explained what he was checking and why. I am hoping he reads this review because he accidentally left one of his tools at my house. I will keep it available for him to pick up. Thank you Tyler!
