Furnace
James did an excellent job!!! The last technician didn't know anything about Humidifier's and wasn't even qualified to change the pad on the humidifier so please send out tech's that know what they are doing. The tech that was supposed to show up the day before didn't show up and lied that he had been here.Didnt have the common courtesy to call and let me know he wasn't coming!! I called customer service, but they are no help, all they can do is reschedule and try to sell you a new maintenance agreement that's not even due for4 months. Very very disappointed with Sears., their customer service has really gone downhill. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years

Service technician was great!
Tyler was knowledgeable and honest. Explained the parts and process. Scheduling was an issue. While we received a voice mail and email for delay in the repair appointment due to a tech being pulled, it's the businesses responsibility to get another tech to replace the appointment for the day. We had already waited a week. Our appointment was pushed back another 3 days.

Excellent Technician
Luis determined our last technician misdiagnosed the issue with our range so was able to get us a refund of $300+ for a part he had ordered that was not needed. The previous technician had first replaced another part before telling us we needed the additional, more expensive part. Maybe likely that the part he installed was also not needed and an unnecessary expense for us? Luis was able to fix the actual issue that was most likely caused by the gentleman who installed our new flooring. An issue we now have to deal with with that contractor. You need more employees like Luis.
