Of the 3 techs that have been out to my house this one was the best! He was considerate of my household and not getting anything wet. He fixed the problem quickly and easily, and he was very nice to my 4 year old daughter who was excited there was someone new in the house. I appreciate his kindness and great work.

Casey is the best! Friendly, funny and patient! We have a lemon of a refrigerator and in between making the appointment and the actual appointment, the problems kind of resolved on their own. Casey still took the time and tried to troubleshoot. We didn't give him much to work with, some tiny broken plastic pieces, which we immediately lost (still looking for them) and some inconsistent ice making stories. He didn't rush through, or shrug us off - he went through and eliminated possible scenarios, showing us along the way. In the end, the ice maker is working fine! If we run into problems again, we'll definitely be asking for Casey to come help us out!

Outstanding!
Ralph was fantastic! Fast and super friendly! Quickly identified what the issue was with our dishwasher and made the necessary adjustments while also letting us know what to look out for in the future. After months of trying to figure out why it kept leaking, Ralph finally gave us an answer and a fix, plus he let us talk his ear off while he worked!

GE Profile Refrigerator Repair
Casey was prompt and finished early. The two boxes of parts had already been delivered so he installed them and got the ice maker (crushed and cubed ice) working again. I have an extended warranty that is valid until November 2017 so there was no charge to me. I highly recommend extended warranties on any refrigerator.

Dishwasher Not Working.
Professional and upfront with what is wrong with our dishwasher. We will need parts for the repair. Our family discussed the situation and a repair will be better than us getting a new one and a lot cheaper. We will order the parts tomorrow via Sears Home Serivce. Thank You!
