Highly recommend
In today's business world, I have found that most businesses don't even give a courtesy call back to say that they are booked so you can look someplace else. Serious home service was excellent there technology allowing you to stay in touch with them the personal touch by calling when there was an issue to make sure that they could go ahead and still provide service was excellent and then Chuck showing up positive personality positive comments knew what he was doing. Seers home services knows what they're doing. They are true professionals and providing a service and I will always always recommend them and reach out to them first before anybody else when it comes to the appliances in my home.

Terrible Communication w/A&E Office
Charles was outstandng but Sears A & E are horrible to work with. They are impossible to get ahold of. Their number only goes to automated system and there is no option to speak to an individual. There is also not a way to email them. Their online customer portal also does not provide any assistance and is not helpful whatever. The only way to communicate with A & E is through my home warranty which should not be the case. Again, Charles was outstanding but A & E office communication is the worst I've ever seen.

Charles arrived during the scheduled time frame and after asking a few questions he thought he knew the reason the oven was not heating. After testing the range bake element his assumption was proven correct. Extremely knowledgeable and deserving of his 5 star rating.
