Central Air conditioning repair
It worked great for 2 days, now the same problem is recurring. A/c is not working again.

Experience
It's not Ronald I'm sure he was doing his job; however, I didn't like that instead of giving a full diagnosis of my air conditioning system (HVAC) it was something different every visit and weeks in Between returns so we had to go nearly 2 months without air from the first initial call. Other than showing up on the correct days and within the " allotted " time it was a waste of the company's time coming out. I do appreciate his and your time and sure it was the home warranty guidelines but it was not pleasant at all.

Horrible
The same service man was sent who claimed that there was a propane gas leak around the AC unit who he has come to repair and he said the job would automatically be rescheduled that never was prompting me to have the gas company to dispatch emergency technician who said that there was no gas leak, After waiting for Nine days I called to inquire about when to expect a return of AC technician, I was told that there was nothing on schedule, I had requested to send a different technician yet they sent the same technician who had a hard time finding my address only after being there two weeks earlier to the same location, , First time he said there is no Freon leak or being low , this time exactly the opposite of what he diagnosed the first time, No wonder Sears has gone bankrupt because of incompetent people getting paid for what they don't know!

I need a follow up visit asap
The AC is not working, 2 hours after Ron left. Rom said the coils needed cleaning and told me that I should take apart the AC and be careful not to bend the fan. He said the resistor was getting warm. He replaced the capacitor but now I am wondering if that's what the issue is. Same issue as before, tries to come on the cuts off. We waited two weeks through very uncomfortable weather and AC is not fixed

Incorrect diagnosis
Tech claimed there was gas leak from the pipeline going into the building next to the AC unit and had to reschedule, I called the gas company two different tech came and did not find any gas leaks, he probably smelling his own cigarette that he was smoking after he left parking on the side of the road !

Terrible service
Ronald came by and stated that there was nothing wrong with my AC unit yesterday, however my home is still extremely hot with the AC on and has gotten worse. Please return immediately and fix the issue with my AC unit.
