Sergio is the best! Very professional and friendly. He knows his stuff. You need to address your phone system. You need to make it easier to communicate with a real live person. Very disrespectful when you don't let your customers talk to a live person.

Trouble Getting The Appointment...But...
Francisco, who has serviced us several years ago, is efficient, very friendly, and inspected each appliance in detail. We've had a very difficult time getting someone to come out to our country location because of third party servicers. However, whenever Sears sends a SEARS Service person, we get great service! We really appreciated the way Francisco treated us older customers. A Great service man!

Christopher arrived early and greeted me with smile. He informed me of what the problem was with my furnace. Christopher completed the repair of the furnace in a timely manner. Before leaving he checked to ensure heat was blowing from the vent. We both smiled when we felt the warm air coming out of the vent. Christopher provided "excellent and friendly" customer service.
