Carlos was helpful in solving our mysterious LG dishwasher error code issue, when no self-troubleshooting techniques worked. Although it took a couple of visits to repair the issue, our dishwasher is back in working order. Carlos was considerate and patient throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Appointment process.
Work was great, but appointment process is horrible and needs to be fixed Notification is not 30 minutes before arrival and tracking arrival changes so you have to constantly check.
