Patrick is a very capable and knowledgeable technician. He repaired my dryer quickly while explaining what he was doing. He's definitely an asset to your repair service. He's very professional and courteous at the same time.

Refrigerator repair
Alvin was a pleasure! Repaired my refrigerator quickly. BUT: The person who took my address down (on the phone), made a mistake. I spent several hours trying to EDIT the mistaken address and could not change it nor could I get anyone to help. Time was lost as Alvin went to the wrong address, texting me he was on his way. I was only then able to give him the correct address and met him outside as there was street repair work and no parking on my street. You website sucks. Alvin was great!

Ambrosio was very professional, communicated perfectly, and was prepared with a shipped ahead of time part to perform the exact service our machine required (water pump replacement). As a retired dedign engineer/manufacturer I was very impressed and happy as heck. :-)
