Service for my 17 year old dryer
David was quick and experienced and able to show me the cause of the trouble with my dryer. He answered all questions put to him. Sad to say, we could not resurrect my dryer because of the age of the part that was required for repair. But I feel reassured that all possible answers were explored.

Andy was very good BUT Sears service scheduling SUCKS!!! You scheduled & then missed appointments & you were rarely on time.

Rudy is the only good tech we've encountered at Sears
This service has been a nightmare experience for us. We have had techs make us wait all day then reschedule us 2hours past our window with no call of any kind to apologize. We had techs not call us after we requested that due to missed visits and they didn't do so, knocked once and left. We have had terrible communication throughout. I am an owner of a retail company and I handle the worst of the customer service situations for us and this one was impressively bad. As for Rudy, he is the only good tech I have encountered. His communication is great, his demeanor is great, his skill is great, and he's very reliable. Sad that he is the only one.
