Defrost the refrigerator
All adequate still unhappy with my loss of food over the last couple of months. I had a Sears service that he came told me it was not frozen bad and just left. In that I tried that it could help with the religious Shabbos Keeper. I could not defrost because my kids could not get free water?? Well had to reconnect the defrost unit so I could not repair so I had it done with his help. Thanks for your help

Bernard great-Sears booking service not great
Sears repair person was very considerate and did a good job. Sears booking service however was very disappointing. Difficult to even get person via telephone. My appointment was canceled and re-booked very late in the day. Not impressed.

Same issue same problem
He came and reset the washer program on a rinse and spin mode. Then after he leaves i start loading my dirty clothes the problem came back again same error and same code. And im trying to call him and no answer

Needed diagnostic report not only
Would like to have report of diagnostics in writing. I was stood up 2 times before this final appointment . Tech was very kind . But was not given report at the end only receipt

Totally frustrated!
Gary the technician called and cancelled the appointment because he doesn't know how to fix air ducts, which is what I needed done. I emphasised it was air duct work needed when making the appointment. Three appointments later and nothing was done. You sent a heater technician, an air condition technician and NO air duct technician. I really don't know how you stay in business. It is most frustrating doing business with Sears. It used to be a wonderful company. You have non English speakers answering calls and making appointments. They don't understand what the customers want fixed. They don't know anything about appliances. When I said air ducts. They kept saying air conditioner. It's too frustrating! No More.

Refrigerator Repair/Over all service not received/delays
On June 14th I reported that the freezer part on my refrigerator was not working it wouldn't stay cold. They did not give me appointment until June 20th. The person from Home Sears repair stated he had to order parts and the next available appointment to install parts was June 20th. A different person came out to my home. He stated that person didn't want what he was done and he was new and those parts were not needed and he needed to order the two correct parts. The next repair date was July 10th. Still another issue. Next appointment July 23 being told didn't need all parts that was order. Only one part was used. No one cares. no one listen. Worse service I have ever received. When calling to file a complaint. No one cares or listen if you can get through to anyone. Took 20 attempts to get through to a person and it was like speaking to a robot.

Anthony couldn't fix my refrigerator…!!
I waited 24 hours to see if I can get ice but nothing…..!!! I made an other appointment I hope at these second time I get it right..🥹
