Kevin did a great job. He was efficient, explained everything as he went along and why it happened. He cleaned things up as he went along. We would be happy to have him come back when we had a problem again.

Jimmy came both days on a timely basis. He was able to identify the problem with my ice maker. While servicing my ice maker, he also identified another issue, not related to the ice maker. He ordered the parts which were delivered quickly.
