It was such a pleasure to have such a wonderful kind person come in with such a professional attitude and do such a beautiful job. He spent quality time and was very thorough and everything that he did and I was extremely impressed and I have to say this is a true exemplary professional. I was really impressed with his quality of work and he did everything and cleaned up everything afterwards.

Freezer door switch assembly
Jimmy showed me how to replace the assembly. I received the parts today and replaced the broken one. Looks good, freezer is back to normal. Excellent customer service.

Kevin and my dryer
He was great. Fast, on time, and he gave me some tips about drying large numbers of wet towels. Like, don't. Maybe 5-6 at a time. He also cleaned a lot of lint that was lurking at the bottom of the dryer. Thanks to Kevin for affirming my continued faith in Sears.

Great guy
Lorenzo was great, trouble shot the problem in 5 minuites. Unfortunately the part needed to make the repair is no longer available- 10 years old. No reason to buy a top of the line steam unit if you're going to throw it away in ten years. Buy a cheap one every year an throw that thing away, No warranty needed and it's new every year. That's America
