Wrong diagnosis/ late tech lied to warranty center
The service tech showed up and looked at the refrigerator and told me that the refrigerator was broken and not repairable after that he went outside and told the service department that I the customer broke the refrigerator which is incorrect. The refrigerator quality is garbage and the tabs holding the ice machine in broke. The tech should be fired or he got his rocks off on lying and now I'm stuck with a refrigerator that is broken and the claim was denied because of this tech that lied. He also Lied about the first attempt to Show and fox the refrigerator because I was home and checked my cameras and he never showed the first time so he started on the wrong foot already. A&E service tech are nothing more than want to be repair men. I would never use this company

In a rush! The Washer wasn't fixed
The technician made the repair as planned only to leave in a hurry without verifying that the washer was working after that. Now my wife has to call again and make another appointment and start all over again, so frustrating!
