First minutes into Jamie assessment of my AC unit very much impressed me. Being in the construction trade for over 4o yrs I can state he is one of the most competent tradesman I have seen. Sears is most fortunate having him in the field. Hats off to a fantastic job.

My A/C unit went out during our latest heatwave. It was literally 98 degrees in my house. I'm so thankful Jamie was my technician. He knew exactly what to do and worked quickly to get me up and running again. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Poor guy had 8 more jobs lined up that day. Trying to imagine working outside all day in that miserable heat just to ensure others are cool and comfortable made me really appreciate the work he does. He's an incredible asset to Sears and I will be recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks again, Jamie!
