Great service that fixed what last service person missed
The man came in and immediately knew that the door's gasket was fine and didn't need replacing. He simply tucked it in and glued it better. We went with the freezer door taped shut for two weeks waiting for the new gasket which was unnecessary. Oh well!

Yes good. :-) Miguel very pleasant. He wasnt able to complete work today bc he had never come across a frigidaire w water filter so stuck into casing as this. We've always changed our filter easily. But, this was first x ever we had to call anyone about fixing our Side X Side gallery Frigidaire fridge-freezer. We've owned it for 7 years. So, now just need to order the housing unit for the filter unit.

Doesn't Waste Time
Roman has been our technician before, and doesn't waste time. We were scheduled for service on 2 separate appliances, on 2 separate dates, yet he took initiative and called for approval to combine the service times and get both handled at once.

Amazing service
Jamie came out to repair my AC unit, was very pleasant and professional, he called when he was on his way and showed up on time. He explained everything that he was doing he was very thorough. I'm very grateful for my Sears home warranty, I've used it several times and never had any issues.
