Enrique was very professional and polite. Super knowledgeable. He explained to us what he was going to do to our fridge so we don't continue having the same problems with water leaks. He used a steamer to unclog the drain and remove the two drain tubes at the bottom of our appliance and cleaned them too. If we need to have another technician to service our appliances, we will definitely request to be Enrique again.
