My problem is not with Martin, my problem is with Sears appliance Services it's not the blue crew that it use to be. My washer broke down in May & I had to get an independent appliance repairman to come & fix my washer because I couldn't wait any longer for sears to come & fix it. Everytime when I would call your #800 It will go to a call ctr in the Philippines or India & they were very hard to understand. I had to call over 10x to ask why I am being rescheduled without an explanation. One of the parts was lost & it took a month to reorder a new one. Sears you use to be top notch now it's crap.

Dryer repair
This is the third appliance to be fixed in one month. Thankfull for the sears protection plan. My tech Manuel was great. Thankfully he had the necessary part on hand to fix my dryer. He was very professional and a pleasure work with.
