If I could him 0 stars I would
Technician came very fast as promised but once he looked at the issue which was a melted wire in the dryer he said it wasn't his problem and couldn't do anything and left with in 5 min. He didn't give anymore information besides to call the warranty company. This is exactly why I bought extended warranty to cover issues like this Espically for a dryer that is less than 2 years old.
