Got a text message the technician was on the way. Soon after I received a call from Sareth he was about 15 minutes away. Also checked with me to see if all the parts ordered had arrived. Sareth came right in and went to work finishing in a short amount of time. Excellent service by Sareth. Will say the previous technician Gary B. provided the same great service. Sears Home Services is my go-to repair service.

Want to give all 5 starts but its only be a couple of day
he did a great job, very friendly & got right to work. it took only maybe 30min. just hope he checked all items, again its only been a couple of days but so far my AC is working great
