Non problem solved regarding thr cook top knob to be repla
Tech was not helpful did not go thd extra step to solvr knob problem the knob was stripped needed new knob i sm very dissatisfied with this service company my money was spent with no fixed to thr knob or any help to help order the correct knob for cook top

Technician to order part for refrigerator
We were very disappointed in the technician's performance today. He (Jeff) seemed uncaring and not willing to go the extra mile to get part ordered. His attitude was to be desired. We'd rate him a (1) one in all areas. WHY are we paying for a warranty on our appliances when the technicians are telling us to go get plumbers. Etc to complete his work. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SEARS TECHNICIANS.. This is the second time we've called Sears out for our appliances and they tell us to go get some one else to do other work on these appliances before they'll lift a hand to do anything!!!
