What do you want here?
Jeff was great - friendly and funny. He was very profession of what he was doing. The only problem I had was trying to get in touch with anyone from A & E. I was not able to talk to a live agent to explain what the hold up was on the part for the microwave. I felt like 7 weeks was a long time with no contact from A & E.

Service Review
The service he provided was ok it just took 2 visits which could have just been 1. I asked them from the beginning to bring a fuse, but they didn't. I had to wait for the fuse to be ordered and then another 2 weeks for a repair appointment. It also wasn't clear that the appointment was in your system.

Not happy
My job is not complete, they did not replace my rubber gasket that I waited 3 weeks to get the new part. My washer is still making the same noise it was making before they got here. I hope to hear from someone to get this done. Thanks

Did not finish the job. Was rude throughout the process. Would not recommend Alex, not sure if he was having a bad day but not for me.

Refrigerator repair
As soon as the repairman came into the house, he ahead an attitude. He said he couldn't use the part sent to us because it was not sitting correctly. My husband told him he is the 9th person to come here and to unfix the refrigerator. He replaced the parts and said the fridge would get to the correct temperature in 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours and the fridge is at 52 degrees. It still is not working correctly.
