Amir the cooler man
Amir is a good man. he has been to look at and fix my Swamp Cooler his job is done but Sears you have a long way to go I give you a one star. It did not call for them to send Amir to me when I asked for a Manager or Supervisor to look at the Cooler on the rood it was put up there 5 years ago on the wrong stand and since is giving me troubles that Amir cannot fix like from all the leaks my batheroom celing is coming apart. damage from the Swamp Cooler. but I made a Claim I asked for a Supervisor to look at the stand. NOTHING you send Amir he has taken pictures 4 times already he has told hs supervisors that I am mad nd that I want them to see and evulate the damage. NOTHING. Amir keeps taking pictures telling me that its the stand that does the dmage and still NOTHING well I have to call your claims office on Monday NO MORE RUN AROUND the buck Stops here with me. its impossible to talk to anyone at Sears for help. its impossible. Stop hiding from your customers Sears we will find you Mrs Carmel Confesor.

Washer repair
Very helpful but parts were no longer available. Not his fault. I am still trying to get Them but its proving difficult. The machine is old but 35 years is a long time for a wssher. Dont make them this good anymore.
