Dan was the helper on the service repair, he was professional and kind even when Amir was wasting his time. Amir could have done the repair by himself but he was not willing to extend himself just a little to get the job done. Amir was the lead technician I would not recement him. He may know what he is doing but his customer service is awful. At the end of the repair Amir left 3 screws out of the unit. When I pointed them out to him he told me repeatedly that they were not needed. It wasn't until I asked to speak to his supervisor that he said he would put the screws back in the unit. He proceeded to take the three different types of screws and put them in the easiest place possible. I know this unit ant that was not where the screws belonged. This is not the first time Amir has been at my home and each time his attitude and professionalism is not what I am sure Sears wants to project. He certainly needs training in customer service.
