Amir is a good repair man its not him its Sears in gener I have told Sears many many times what my problem is they have not even addressed my problem there claims off cant help me becasue they say they do not take care of Protection Agreements which I have on my sears products for the past 30 years. Im don iwith it now. The repair man and my roofer says its the stand that the cooler sets on that is the problem not good drainage from the water in the cooler. it has leaked into my bathroom ceiling and ruined my celing and Sears is doing nothing to help me just giving me a run around. well that ceiling wil fall in and hurt somone and then maybe Sears will hear me as I la a hefty lawsuit on them. now we can take care of it now or later I prefer now. All I have been asking for the past 2 months is someone other than Amir come out to see the damage SEars Swamp Cooler has done to me. like a Supervisor since I opened a claim with the Sears legal dept. I want a Supervisor to come out to look at the installation which SEars did and see where that stand is causing the proble of water damage to my bathroom ceiling and all I get is Amir who cannot do anything about the problem now SEARS what are you gong to do now. Repair Survey
William is very easy to work with and he kept us informed with details of the repair. He genuinely worked on our refrigerator issues but was not successful in fixing the problems. It certainly was not the lack of effort on his part. The control board, evaporator cover, compressor and filter dryer was replaced with no success in resolving the issues. I have no doubts that William tried to provide the best service to us. We appreciate his efforts.
