Slow response but great service
The process for requesting the service was extraordinarily tedious and took far too long (including an appointment that was arbitrarily delayed by Sears for an additional two weeks for no reason). However, when the technician finally arrived, he was great - knowledgeable, personable, and efficient.

Steven was a blessing. Absolutely had me, the customer first in his mind as he provided the necessary service. He provided details needed to make an informed decision on the calls needed to be made and followed through, completing the task—and restoring the unit to working order. I'm delighted that that Steven came out, providing next-day service and that the cooktop is in perfect working order because of his thoroughness to the job.
