The technician did a great job, very polite, very knowledgeable. We have two appliances worked on since January. Both times it took 3 hours to get scheduled. Then company canceled them because they couldnt get address, phone number, contract right. Talked to 5 people and computer, all info is still wrong. We feel for your technicians.
