Excellent Service for My Samsung Dryer Repair!
I had an issue with the heating wire in my Samsung dryer, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Patrick took time to explain what he was doing and asked if they could use space in anticipation that they might need it. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and my dryer is now working like new! I appreciate their expertise and the care they took with our belongings. Side notes: It took a long time to get the part ordered and technician out to fix the dryer. Our family went without a dryer for several months. This is not something Patrick had any control over and that is why I gave them 5 stars.
